Who we are

Gamer to Gamer (GTG) is a trading name of DOJO Digital Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 11914575). We run gtg.gg and decide how the personal data described here is used, which makes us its “controller” under UK data protection law. Our registered office is:

What we collect and why

We don’t add you to mailing lists, sell or share your data for marketing, or make automated decisions about you. Please don’t include sensitive information (like health details) in your message: we don’t need it.

Who else handles it

We use a small number of service providers (“processors”) who only handle your data on our instructions:

• Vercel hosts this website. It records the basic server logs described above.
• Formspree receives each contact form submission, stores it in our Formspree account and forwards it to our inbox by email. Like any web service, it also receives your IP address, browser type and the page you sent the form from. If your browser has JavaScript turned off, the form takes you to Formspree’s own confirmation page, which may show a Google reCAPTCHA check.
• Our business email provider stores your enquiry once it reaches us, like any other email.

Vercel and Formspree are based in the United States, so your data may be processed outside the UK. When that happens it’s protected by safeguards that UK law recognises, such as the UK Extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the International Data Transfer Addendum.

How long we keep it

• Enquiries: we keep them for as long as we need to deal with your enquiry and any follow-up. If we don’t end up working together, we delete them once they’re no longer needed.
• If we work together: we keep project and billing records for as long as the law requires for tax and accounting.
• Server logs are kept by Vercel for a short period under its own retention settings, then deleted.
• Form submissions in Formspree are kept in our Formspree account until we delete them, in line with the enquiry periods above.

Cookies and tracking

This site doesn’t use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and doesn’t load third-party trackers. Our fonts and videos are served from our own site, so opening a page doesn’t tell anyone else that you visited.

We save a few small settings in your browser’s session storage for the length of your visit, such as whether you’ve already seen the intro animation; these are cleared when you close the tab. If you switch keyboard shortcuts off, that one choice is kept in local storage until you clear it. None of these contain personal data, and they never leave your device.

If that ever changes, for example if we add analytics, we’ll update this notice first and ask for your consent where the law requires it.

Your rights

Under the UK GDPR you have the right to:

• ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• have it corrected if it’s wrong or incomplete
• have it deleted
• ask us to limit how we use it, or object to us using it (including where we rely on legitimate interests)
• receive it in a portable format, or have it sent to someone else, where that applies

Complaints

If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your data, please tell us first at hello@gtg.gg so we can put it right.

You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO), the UK’s data protection regulator, at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint.

Changes to this notice

We’ll update this page whenever how we handle personal data changes, and change the date at the top.
